Terms of Service & Liability Waiver

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pilates-sisters.com, booking a class, purchasing a membership, or participating in any Pilates Sisters activity (in person or online), you agree to these Terms of Service and Liability Waiver. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Pilates Sisters provides Pilates classes, private training, workshops, and related wellness services. Our website is for scheduling, payment processing, and providing information about our offerings.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book and attend classes, or have written permission from a parent or guardian if under 18.

4. Booking & Payments

  • Classes can be booked online through our scheduling system.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid charges.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows will result in loss of the class credit or a fee equal to the class price.
  • If Pilates Sisters cancels a class, you will receive a full credit or refund.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Refunds, if granted, are at the sole discretion of Pilates Sisters.

7. Health & Safety – Assumption of Risk

Pilates is a form of physical exercise that involves movement, stretching, and muscle engagement. By participating in any Pilates Sisters class or activity (in person or online), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are voluntarily participating at your own risk.
  • You have consulted a physician and are medically cleared for physical activity.
  • You understand that exercise carries the risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, and more serious events.
  • You assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or condition that may result from participation.

8. Release of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • You release, waive, and discharge Pilates Sisters, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from your participation in classes or use of our facilities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pilates Sisters from any claims brought by third parties arising from your actions or participation.

9. Online & Virtual Classes

If participating in an online class:

  • Ensure you have a safe, open workout space free of hazards.
  • You are responsible for your own equipment and environment.
  • The same liability release applies to virtual sessions.

10. User Conduct (Website Use)

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt our website or systems.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, videos, branding) belongs to Pilates Sisters and may not be copied or distributed without our written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

Pilates Sisters is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in classes, use of our facilities, or use of our website.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated “Effective Date” will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
