CLASSES

CLASSIC REFORMER

This signature class brings you into alignment—physically, mentally, and spiritually. With the support of the reformer, you’ll strengthen your core, improve posture, and cultivate full-body awareness. Each movement is an invitation to return to yourself, guided by breath and intention. Rooted in the belief that strength begins within, this class meets you where you are, helping you rise through consistency, grace, and sisterly support.

STRETCH AND BALANCE

Slow down, soften, and reconnect. This gentle, restorative class is designed to release tension, improve mobility, and center your nervous system. Through stretching, mindful balance work, and breath-led movement, you’ll create space in both body and mind. It’s a beautiful reminder that rest is a form of strength, and that nurturing yourself is an act of empowerment. Perfect for all levels, this class is where healing begins and peace finds you.
